1. Done-for-You Marketing Services

• Payment and Refunds: Payment for done-for-you services is due in full before any work begins. Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of these services, all sales are final. Once payment is received and work has commenced, refunds will not be provided.

• Service Satisfaction: I strive for client satisfaction and welcome your feedback. If there are specific issues with the services provided, please contact me within 30 days of completion, and I will work with you to address any concerns.

 

2. Coaching Services

• Payment Plans: I offer flexible payment plans for coaching services on an as-need basis. The terms of each plan will be outlined at the time of registration.

• Refund Requests: Refunds for coaching services are not available once a session or program has commenced, as my coaching involves time, resources, and commitment to each client’s success.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting that session. Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and will not be refunded.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience a medical emergency or other significant event that prevents you from continuing with a service, please reach out to discuss possible accommodations. Refunds or credits in such cases are granted at my discretion and require documentation of the circumstances.

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

For inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling, please contact me directly. I aim to respond within 2–3 business days to address your request.
